TeamKID is a special program for children from ages 4-12. TeamKID stands for Kids In Discipleship and is designed to teach your child how to learn about God, how to use the bible and how to live for Jesus.

Crosspoint TeamKID is held every Sunday during the worship from 11:15am-12:45pm. It is an exciting and enthusiastic recreation-based discipleship program. 

TeamKIDs recognizes each child for attending the meetings, for their participation, saying their Bible verse, completing their activity book assignments, and doing special homework assignments.  Each week, there will be points awarded to each child.  When children earn points, they can redeem items for their accomplished in Children Gift Store every 3 months.

The Program

T1 (4-5 years old)

Each meeting is divided into five balanced, consistent segments.  Each one flows into the next to keep the pace moving with non-stop energy.  The segments are:

Warm Up:  Using Musical instruments and hand motions, song leaders will be teaching children about God with Christian songs.

Workout:  Teachers will be using props, different settings, and role-playing as interactive and creative ways to teach Bible Stories to kids.

Stretching:  Children will be asked to recite the bible verse and show teachers their completed activity book assignments from the previous week.  At the same time, teachers will teach the new memory verse and explain the new activity worksheet and special homework assignments.

Tournament:  During tournament, children will RUN, PLAY and LAUGH.  They will join teams to participate in fun games and activities to reinforce lesson.

Cool Down:  Teachers will record the points (please see Point System) earned by the children.  Teachers will exchange points for raffle tickets for future TeamKID Gift Store Day.  The children will also be reminded about the memory verse and homework assignments for next week.
